ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND REDUCED MOBILITY

Service for people with disabilities and reduced mobility can be enabled calling, at least 24 hours before departure, the ticket office of Passignano sul Trasimeno - tel. +39 075 9637702.

LUGGAGE TRANSPORT

Each passenger can transport up to two cases as long as no side exceeds 50 cm. In all other cases, passengers must purchase a ticket for each piece of luggage.
However, it is not allowed to transport items too bulky or dangerous.
The Company is not responsible for theft, tampering, spoilage and total or partial loss of transported objects.

BICYCLE TRANSPORT

Bicycle transport is allowed every day with the exception of national holiday, depending on the type of boat in service, on traffic and weather  conditions.
The bicycle is considered as hand baggage of the passenger,  who must arrange  for loading, unloading and care of the vehicle, exempting Busitalia -  Sita Nord S.r.l. of any responsibility.
Bicycle transport on the Trasimeno Lake Navigation  Service requires the payment of an extra fare for each bicycle in addition  to the cost of the individual's ticket.  
The extra fare is non-transferable and is valid all day long on every line that performs the bicycle transport.

TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN

Children younger than 6 years can travel free (1 child per adult).

BABY STROLLERS

It is allowed to carry prams and strollers for babies free of charge, as long as they are arranged so as not to cause any danger or obstruction to passengers.

TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS 

Passengers may carry along cats or small dogs free of charge, if held and so as not to disturb other customers.
Passengers may bring dogs of medium and large size paying the corresponding ticket, provided they have muzzle and leash.
Passengers with animals are required to pay compensation for any damages caused to property and / or people.
